Delete your account

What will be deleted

• Your cloud save (puzzle progress, threads, achievements)
• Leaderboard scores linked to your account
• Feedback you have submitted
• Telemetry events and device records
• Your Firebase authentication record

What we must retain

• Purchase records from Google Play and the Apple App Store (required for tax and refund obligations)
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics

Deleting your account removes your access to any "remove ads" or other entitlements you purchased on either store. If you reinstall later, you can use each store's Restore Purchases flow to recover purchases tied to your Google Play or Apple account — subject to that store's policies.

We will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
