Common questions
- I paid to remove ads but still see them.
- Open the game with an internet connection so the purchase can sync, then restart. If they're still showing, email us with your Google Play order ID.
- I lost my progress on a new device.
- Sign in with the same Google account — your streak, completed puzzles, and ad-removal entitlement travel with your account.
- I want a refund.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play. Refund requests for in-app purchases must go through Google Play's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- I want to delete my account and data.
