Common questions

I paid to remove ads but still see them.
Open the game with an internet connection so the purchase can sync, then restart. If they're still showing, email us with your Google Play order ID.
I lost my progress on a new device.
Sign in with the same Google account — your streak, completed puzzles, and ad-removal entitlement travel with your account.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Google Play. Refund requests for in-app purchases must go through Google Play's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
I want to delete my account and data.
